Students Shine at SkillsUSA Regional Carpentry Challenge

Students from WaHi and SEATech traveled to Spokane to compete in the SkillsUSA Regional Carpentry Challenge. The competition put their skills to the test as they built a structure in just four hours using provided tools, materials, and blueprints given at the start of the event.

Walla Walla students had great success, securing the top two spots in the competition:

1st Place: Oliver Ma, Walla Walla High School

2nd Place: Tyler Martonick, SEATech Skills Center

These two outstanding students are now moving on to the state competition. Amazing job, everyone!
