SkillsUSA Nationals 2023 - Criminal Justice

Students from Sergeant Smith’s Criminal Justice Program at SEATech Skills Center traveled to Atlanta, Georgia this last summer to compete in the SkillsUSA National Championships.

Crime Scene Investigation competitors Cheyenne Brunner, Emma Brewer, and Peyton Badertscher as well as Criminal Justice competitor Aryar Khasro earned their national spots after taking the Washington State Championship Gold medals in their respective disciplines.

The opportunity to display their craft among the best in the nation was the experience of a lifetime according to the SEATech Criminal Justice Program students.

SEATech students finished within the top 20 in the Nation and returning Criminal Justice Cadets Peyton Badertscher and Aryar Khasro look forward to capitalizing on their experience as they hope to take another run at a National Championship this year.
